Kevin Lee Suttles, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he sold a deceased person’s vehicle.
Reports said that Suttles, without authorization and while under a court order not to sell a vehicle, sold the 1975 Chevrolet Camaro.
Police stated that Suttles sold the vehicle for $6,000 while presenting himself as the owner. Suttles allegedly signed a Form T-7 with the name of the deceased person.
Suttles is charged with 1st degree forgery, felony theft by deception and identity fraud.
