Anthony Rashad Donaldson, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week on drug charges after reports said he was found concealing his identity with a mask on Collier Springs Road.
Police said that when they attempted to speak to Donaldson, he tried to flee the scene. A search then allegedly resulted in police finding marijuana in his possession.
Reports added that Donaldson is also accused of giving a fake name and date of birth during questioning.
Donaldson is charged with possession of marijuana, wearing a mask to conceal identity, obstruction, giving false information to police and probation violation.
