Edgardo Funez-Larios, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened to shoot multiple police officers in the head while firing a firearm in a residential neighborhood on Echota Circle.
Funez-Larios is also accused of acting in a violent and tumultuous manner toward his neighbor by shooting a firearm toward his home.
Funez-Larios is charged with three counts terroristic threats/acts, disorderly conduct, reckless conduct, and discharging a firearm during a roadway.
