A wanted fugitive of LaSalle, County, Texas, Billy Wayne Pritchard, 39 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said he was captured in Polk County.
Reports said that Pritchard was wanted on two separate failure to appear warrants.
Pritchard is charged with fugitive from justice and two counts failure to appear.
