Anthony Virgen, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to leave Lumina Coffee on Braves Blvd after stealing milk and coffee concentrate.
Reports said that Virgen refused to leave the store while taking the items without paying. Virgen then refused to get off of the couch and leave the store despite police request to do so.
Police added that Viren pretended to be asleep while laying on the couch of the coffee shop.
Virgen is charged with theft by taking, criminal trespass and obstruction.
