Irene Marie Dunn Ryall, a longtime resident of Rome, Georgia, peacefully went to be with the Lord on January 22, 2026, at the age of 93. Mrs. Ryall was born in Marshall, Texas, on April 22, 1932, to Roy Dunn and Mable Adkisson Dunn. After high school she met John Ryall, a student at East Texas Baptist College. Shortly after, they were married in June of 1953, and they moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where her husband attended Tennessee Temple Bible College.

Mrs. Ryall and her husband had two sons, Mark and Mike, while in Chattanooga. They moved to Rome, Georgia in 1962 when John was called to be a bi-vocational pastor at Grace Bible Church. After moving to Rome, they welcomed their third son, Mitch, to the family. She served alongside her husband in ministry throughout their marriage and was a loving wife and mother. She was a faithful encourager and prayer warrior for those that she encountered. Mrs. Ryall took a job at the Cerebral Palsy Center in 1971 which would later become Network Associates. Here she met colleagues who would become some of her closest, lifelong friends. She served in several positions at Network for the next forty years until she retired at the age of 79. She spent the latter part of her life doting on her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and meeting up with her besties at the Waffle House. She loved to cook to the delight of her sons, and kept her house immaculately clean.

Mrs. Ryall is preceded in death by her husband, John Ryall, her sister, Mary Tamplin, and her twin sister, Alene Dunn who died shortly after their birth.

She is survived by her three sons and their wives: Mark Ryall (Nita), Mike Ryall (Dixie), and Mitch Ryall (Lea). She is also survived by her sister Carrie Ann Edwards (JC), seven grandchildren, Eric, Stephen, John Micheal, Susan, Marie, Joseph and William, and seven great-grandchildren.
