Andrew Jophn Snyder 35 of Bowden, was arrested this week after reports said he engaged in a Snapchat conversation of a sexual nature with someone he thought to be under the age of 16-years-old.
Police said that Snyder sent sexual photos and a video to the child between November 22, 2025 and January 21, 2026.
Snyder is charged with grooming a minor, obscene internet contact with a child and electronically furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
