Leslie Michael Wilson, 50 of Trion, was arrested at the West Rome Walmart after reports said he obtained refunds with others’ ticketed receipts.
Wilson is also accused of trespassing on the property after having been previously banned from the store.
Wilson is charged with theft by deception and criminal trespass.
