Brandon Lee Salas, 35 of Lyerly, was arrested this week after reports said he attacked a woman at a home on Blacks Bluff Road and fractured her left arm.
Reports added that Silas was also wanted for being a fugitive on another charge in Alabama.
Salas is charged with aggravated battery, fugitive from justice and probation violation.
