Stephen Lamar Cannon, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a woman’s windshield and rearview mirror with a rock.
Reports added that Cannon also dented the woman’s hood with the rock.
Police estimated the damage done to Cannon’s 2002 Ford Explorer at over $2,000.
Cannon is charged with criminal damage to property and probation violation.
