James Damato Baltimore, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stole from Ulta Beauty numerous times over a span of 9 years.
Police said that Baltimore stole an item from the store on April 21, 2015, three items on November 6, 2015, four items on September 8, 2016, 1 item on August 22, 2022, and one item on August 22, 2024.
Police said that Baltimore would steal fragrances by placing them in a hoodie and exiting the store without paying.
Baltimore is charged with felony shoplifting, misd shoplifting and two counts probation violation.
