A convicted child molester, Anthony Tryone Garrett, 53 of Rome, has been jailed for violating his terms of release.
Reports said that Garrett moved from his home at 1105 Martha Berry Blvd back on September 19th to an unspecified location. Garett then failed to report the move within 72 hours.
Garrett is charged with failure to register as a sex offender, and two counts probation violation.
