A 37 year-old homeless Rome man, Brent Anthony Berry, has been arrested twice in a week for trespassing at a local restaurant.
Reports said that Berry was found at the IHOP after having been previously banned from the establishment.
This comes just days after he was found trespassing at the East Rome McDonalds (see story below).
Berry is charged with criminal trespass.
