John L Harmon, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found using another person’s identity while stalking a 41 year-old woman at an apartment complex on Garden Lakes Blvd.
Reports said that Harmon violated a court order to stay away from the victim when he was found leaving the woman’s home.
Harmon then proceeded to use another person’s identity as his own.
Police added that when they Harmon ran from them when they attempted to take him into custody.
Harmon is charged with aggravated identity fraud, aggravated stalking and obstruction of law enforcement.
