Greg Alan Graboski, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to tie an extension cord to the back of an ambulance that was attempting to drive away.
Graboski then attempted to drink hand sanitizer despite lawful commands to stop.
Officers added that Graboski was in a drunken state at the time of his arrest
Graboski is charged with obstruction, interference of emergency medical professional and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
