George Hadden Swanson, 62 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found panhandling outside a shopping center on North Broad Street.
Reports said that Swanson was found at 1012 North Broad Street asking people for money within 10 feet of a business and within 30 feet of an outdoor dining area. Police added that Swanson had been warned to stay off the property a short while ago.
Swanson is charged with panhandling.
