Nicholas Brandon Pierce, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a roommate and allowed a 3 year-old child to witness the incident.
Police said that Pierce cursed at his ex-girlfriend in front of their child at his home on Burnett Ferry Road.
He is also accused of placing another roommate in fear of their safety when he “charged” at them during the altercation.
Pierce is charged with simple assault and cruelty to children in the 3rd degree.
