Mario Geoffrey Josey, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he viciously attacked a woman at a home on Wayside Road.
Reports said that Josey stomped on the victim’s ankle, causing it to break. He then proceeded to use punch and kick the victim repeatedly in the face and leg.
The incident reportedly occurred back on January 4, 2024.
Josey is charged with aggravated battery and battery.
