Dustin Gregory Martin, 32 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome after reports said he threatened to post nude and explicit photos of a Lindale Woman online.
Reports said that Martin told the victim that he would not post the photos if she would get back into a relationship with him.
Fain is charged with harassing communications.
