William Lavelle Jackson, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him drunk and acting disorderly at a location on East 19th Street.
Police said that they were dispatched to the scene to a man being loud and acting in a boisterous manner.
They added that while speaking with Jackson he refused to follow verbal commands and obstructed them of their duties.
Jackson is charged with public drunk, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
