Denim Marketing, a Cartersville-based strategic marketing agency serving the homebuilding industry, made a major mark at the 45th Annual OBIE Awards, earning 10 Gold and 2 Silver honors — sweeping every category it entered.

The OBIE Awards, hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and its Sales and Marketing Council, celebrate the best in new home marketing, design and sales across the Atlanta region.

“This year’s OBIEs are a true celebration of teamwork and creativity,” said Carol Morgan, Founder and President of Denim Marketing. “Winning across every category we entered, and seeing our campaigns for both our clients and our own brand recognized, speaks to the strength of our partnerships and the passion our team brings to every project.”

Among the firm’s wins were top honors for community branding, advertising campaigns, social media strategy, and email marketing. Denim Marketing also took home one of the night’s top individual honors, with Courtney Stewart, Vice President of Client Services, receiving the Marketing Director of the Year Gold OBIE.

“Courtney’s recognition as Marketing Director of the Year is incredibly well deserved,” Morgan added. “Her strategic insight, leadership and creative energy drive results for both our clients and our team every day. I couldn’t be prouder.”

The company’s Creative Director, Dina Gundersen, was also recognized for her work in designing the new OBIE Awards logo, unveiled at this year’s ceremony.

“This recognition reflects the power of collaboration between our team and our clients,” said Stewart. “Every campaign, from Knight Walk to Ranch Cottages for Rent, was designed to tell a story that connects, converts and builds lasting brand equity.”

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Cartersville, Denim Marketing works with builders, developers, trade associations and real estate professionals across the Southeast. The agency is known for its creative campaigns, public relations, social media, blogging, and branding strategies tailored to the housing industry.
