Caleb Damien Chambers, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he masturbated on a woman while she slept at the Rodeway Inn and Suites on Shorter Avenue.
The victim told police that she did not want to sleep in the same bed as Chambers on the night of September 7th. However, the victim said that she woke up while Chambers was masturbating and ejaculating on her.
Chambers is charged with sexual battery.
