Agnela Renee Brumit, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she hit her 29 year-old daughter on the right side of her face.
Police added that Brumit was highly intoxicated at the time of the attack, which occurred in the front yard of her Franklin Street home. Brumit is also accused of telling police, “when I get out of here, I am going to kill my daughter”.
The victim suffered two large visible markings from the attack.
Brumit is charged with battery, public drunk and terroristic threats/acts
