Derek Stevenson Baggett, 45 of Williamson NC, was arrested in Rome after reports said he exposed his penis while urinating on a wall at the Gala Shopping Center.
Reports stated that after urinating, Bagett fell asleep on the sideway.
Baggett is charged with public drunk and public indecency.
