Angelica Marie Johnson, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole water from Floyd County.
Police said that Johnson, in an effort to avoid payment, connected a plastic pipe around the water meter. The bypass allowed Johnson to steal $150.64 in water services.
Johnson is charged with theft of service.
