Robert Sibley Ogletree, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he ignored a court order to stay away from a female.
Police said that Ogletree stalked the victim and then made physical contact with her at the victim’s hoe on Park Blvd.
Ogletree is charged with aggravated stalking.
