Cody Allan Powers, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he exposed his penis to a woman at a service station on Shorter Avenue.
Police added that when they arrived on the scene, the officer also observed Powers exposing his pubic hair. When they attempted to place him under arrest, Powers pulled away and darted into traffic. Numerous other officers were dispatched the scene and helped bring Powers into custody.
Powers is charged with public indecency and obstruction.
