Christian Anthony Hernandez, 36 of Kennesaw, was arrested in Rome after reports said he broke a woman’s jaw while burglarizing a home on Pollock Street.
Reports added that three children were in the home and witnessed the attack.
Hernandez is charged with first degree burglary, aggravated battery and three counts cruelty to children.
