Tavarian DeQuan Jackson, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he tattooed the body of a 14 year-old child.
The incident at a location on East Glove Street sometime between August 10 and August 25 of this year.
Jackson is charged with unlawful tattooing of a minor.
