Jeffery Dewayne Vasser Jr, 29 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he pushed a 26 year-old woman and then proceeded to squeeze her with the front door of the home.
Reports added that Vasser also yelled and screamed at the victim and her children.
Officers stated that while attempting to take him into custody he refused to comply with commands and pulled his hands away.
Vasser is charged with simple battery, obstruction, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
