A homeless 27 year-old Rome woman, Victoria Elexis Barr, was arrested behind Harbor Freight on Shorter Avenue.
Reports said that Barr was found trespassing in a wooded area that was covered in trash.
Barr is charged with littering public property and criminal trespass.
