Rayshun Demond Dozier, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a video featuring two nude children.
Reports stated that the video featured what is believed to be two 12 year-old children engaging in sexual intercourse. Police said that Dozier updated the video using Dropbox
Dozier is charged with sexual exploitation of child pornography.
