Chris Dwight Jones, 36 of Cave Spring, was arrested over the weekend after police said he threatened to kill a woman at a restaurant in West Rome.
Reports stated that Jones went to the restaurant and threatened the victim, who had a restraining order against him, in front of two young children.
Jones is charged with felony aggravated stalking, two counts of felony cruelty to children and one count of felony terroristic threats and acts.
