Javon Walker, 35 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he was found on North Main Street standing with his pants down.
Police said that when they arrived on the scene to speak with Walker he told them that he had to urinate. He also reportedly handed officers a black bag filled with what he said was “poop”. Officers proceeded to throw the bag in the trash can.
Walker is charged with public indecency and loitering.
