Jammie Lee Daniel, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he solicited sodomy while at Heritage Park on Jewel Frost Drive.
Reports said that events began when Daneil was seen emptying all the garbage cans out on the ground in the park. Witnesses said that Daniel was acting in a tumultuous manner and placed them in fear of their safety.
Daniel is then accused of asking one of the witnesses to suck my di**” and asked them to “bend over”.
When officers arrived on the scene, Daniel refused to identify himself and would not follow any verbal commands.
Daniel is charged with disorderly conduct, solicitation of sodomy, littering and obstruction.
