Rome Sex Offender Arrested for Violating Terms of Release

Mark Anthony Ayala, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to register as a sex offender back in May.

Reports said that Ayala failed to register his residential move from 3158 Martha Berry Highway to an unknown location on May 14^th.

Ayala is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
