Andrew Kreg Kehoe, 40 of Red Lion, PA, was jailed in Rome after he reportedly coerced a 13 year-old girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct.
Reports said that Kehoe asked the child to send him nude photographs while describing to her how he wanted the pictures taken. He is also accused of describing sexual acts he wanted to do with the child with the intent to arouse himself and the victim. Kehoe reportedly sent photos of his erect sex organ to the child.
The contact with the child lasted for two weeks via text messaging and the Quora app.
Kehoe is charged with electronically furnishing obscene materials to minors, use of a computer to solicit a child to commit a felony, grooming a minor for sexual servitude, obscene internet contact with a child and sexually explicit conduct of a minor.
