For the second time in less than four months, a local professional wrestler, David Joseph Mabry, 25 of Rome, has been arrested for sending nude photographs to an underage girl.
Police said that Mabry sent a photo of his exposed penis to the female through a test message. This comes after an arrest in April where he sent his erect penis to a child.
Mabry was a professional wrestler for KLT/NAWA Promotions at the time incidents, but have since changed brand names.
Mabry is charged with the distribution of material depicting nudity or sexual conduct.
