Molli Anne Curio, 36 of Kingston, was arrested in Rome after reports said she stole close to $1,000 in merchandise from the West Rome Walmart.
Police said that Curio and another unidentified person schemed to steal unspecified items totaling $947.61.
Curio is charged with felony theft by taking.
