Le Hoang Nguyen, 37 of Centre, was arrested this week for stealing another person’s identity to take medical records that did not belong to him.
Reports stated that Nguyen used the victim’s personal information to request the information on the Atrium Health website.
Police added that the records belonged to a 63 year-old Rome man.
Nguyen is charged with identity fraud, computer forgery and failure to appear.
