A third person, Stephanie Lyn Scott, 42 of Rome, has been arrested for stealing a large amount of money from Apex Carriers.
Reports said that Scott stole over $105,000 between November 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024. She is accused of making 200 cash advance withdrawals on the business credit card account.
Scott is charged with felony theft by taking.
