Kayla Caroline Fincher, 35 of Rome, was arrested in Polk County after reports said she attempted to discard drugs during a traffic stop.
Reports said that officers observed Fincher driving on an expired registration before pulling her over. After stopping at Cedartown Food Mart, Fincher allegedly tried to discard drugs so that officers could not find them.
Fincher is charged with felony tampering with evidence, possession of drug related objects, operating a vehicle with a permit and expired registration.
