Robert Stepp Lively, 56 of Rome, a “sexually dangerous predator”, was arrested this week after reports said he failed to comply with his requirements of release.
Reports said that Lively failed to complete his biannual registration in May. Police added that Lively neither registered or made an appointment to do so.
He was found and taken into custody at a home on 34 Ohio Drive.
Lively is charged with failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation.
