Teriq Nasir Perkins, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found prowling around NWGA Housing Authority property with two juveniles.
Reports said that Perkins was in violation of his driver’s class as he was found at the property after midnight on Tuesday.
Perkins is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, prowling, and driving in violation of driver’s class.
