Demetice Jermain Kennedy, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he destroyed a 22 year-old woman’s property.
Reports stated that Kennedy destroyed two 65” TVs, a TV stand, mattress, dresser with mirror, and iPhone. He is also accused of throwing groceries over the apartment.
The estimated damage was listed at $3,750.
The incident occurred on Ashland Park Blvd.
Kennedy is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property, terroristic threats and acts along with failure to appear.
