Rolondo Cruz-Duque Jr, 22 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed and tossed his 41 year-old father to the ground.
Reports added that Cruz-Duque then took his sister’s cellphone when she attempted to call 911 for help. He is also accused of pulling his sister’s hair during the altercation.
Cruz-Duque is charged with two counts of simple battery and obstruction of a person making a 911 call.
