Carl Stanley Stair, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a home on Cave Spring Street and burglarized it.
Reports said that Stair stole approximately $4,000 in gray flooring panels.
Police stated that the burglary occurred sometime between April 11 and 24th of this year.
Stair is charged with first degree burglary, felony theft by taking and probation violation.
