Luis Andres Miguel, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally drove his car through the front entrance of the Latino Food Mart on Shorter Avenue.
Reports stated that Miguel caused over $11,500 in damages to the store.
Miguel is charged 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
