Jesse Lamar Itson, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with an assortment of drugs while trespassing on Norfolk Southern property.
Reports said that Itson was found with methamphetamine and marijuana. A glass pipe with meth residue was also found in his possession.
Officers went on to say that Itson gave them a fake name during his arrest.
Itson is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, giving false information to police, criminal trespass and probation violation.
