Demonte Devone Jones, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threw a drink at the face of a woman at the East Rome McDonald’s.
Police stated that the cup’s contents hit the victim, a homeless woman, in the face, and placed her “in fear of the safety of her health.
Jones is charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
